it's been on offer about 5 days,,,dunno how long it's on...I got a bottle of shiraz for tomorrow and hope if I am in the co-op or soar Sunday the offers off

I think it's what's known as UHT now Wozzer. We used to call it Puroh. ( I think I've got the spelling right) 

aahhh wondered if you meant evaporated cream stuff-yes like a longlife-

when I think back -most of our food was cooked from scratch and healthy -i.e turkey soup and barley etc -used to hate it but realise now it is healthy

people used to spread it on bread...I would throw up  but like I say, boil the tin in water and it makes lovely caramel

every Saturday my gran done a high tea...china cups and cakes stand stuff  she was lovely and a proper lady, dunno what happened  Sunday was crumpets on the fire and a black and white war film  

I can't remember going to my Nanas and Grandas on a Sunday. My earliest memory was Joanne and Angela coming to our house with Phil and June and sarnies and cake, trifle in the kitchen cos it couldn't fit on the coffee table  Me slicing trifle in the big bowl into triangles to make sure everyone got the same size....didn't always work out that way though cos I could never slice it properly
