Although it makes you wonder how they did that without the whole neighbourhood hearing them.

or CCTV capturing it

Good point.

Although how did CCTV miss him painting it in the first place.

There are more questions than answers.

If you have been following this thread, you may remember that I said that I understood there to be a couple of Banksy works near to me.

I also said I would take a photo for those interested.

So, this morning I decided to go on a shopping trip, take in a coffee and visit the spot where the two works are.

Below are picture of two pieces on the same wall. I have no idea whether they are real Banksy's or not, but the locals seem to think so.

I'm less convinced by the John Peel, but the other does look a lot like his work to me.

Both taken with a mobile phone so don't expect David Bailey !!

Enthusiastic Contrafibularities

I've never understood how he can paint on walls and not be seen, or stopped by passing police cars who thinks he's graffiting

Don't understand how you can remove a painting from a wall without someone noticing or hearing. Is it removed brick by brick and then loaded into a van, if so who puts it back together again...is it paint by numbers lol.

  • Created Mobile Lovers at the weekend on the edge of Bristol city centre
  • Removed from the wall by youth club who insist it was made for them
  • Plan to sell the work to fund the future of the club - want at least ÂĢ100,000
  • Bristol City Council: Not '100 per cent sure of the ownership' of the wall .
