Laugh I know, but you got the teeth out of it, so it must be close. If so, I thought it was a good saying though.

It all looked like Ballamorey to me when I was over there... decades ago. But the people I met were more Father Ted & Co than Eidy McKeagan!

Honest Stonks.... I have no idea. We visited the scary cousins in the North... then had the full checkpoint experience when going to visit rellies in the South (though the soldiers were alot nicer once they heard our English accents)...

All I know is it was in the south... somewhere... something country... Uncle Seamus had a billion kids... some spilled out into living in a caravan... and they all (Uncle Seamus & wife included)... bathed in a tin bath in the front room, one by one on a Saturday...

...we were there on a Saturday Disappointed

I did not understand a word anyone said to me!

Laugh he is.. and a natural redhead... I can vouch for that! As was his wife (can't remember her name... it was weird).

Can only remember a handful of the kids names.. marion, porig, pigeon (or something like that), derry, seamus (junior I assumed... though as he was midway down the age order of the kids, and by no means the eldest boy.. I did wonder if it had only just dawned on him to have a namesake on the tenth or eleventh baby.... or, if when asked the babies name at the registrar he had got confused and given his own)

He used to boom at me... friendly, but big, and loud and scary... and I could not understand ANYTHING he said... I would try and blag it and fail miserably.

I think they all though I was a bit simple. Laugh

Last 2 xmas's I've been dragged to my nephews for sing star..I can sing untill I see words then I go to pieces.. Disappointed..Mini is excerllent on Charming man....

Big Grin Its fab... but there are two ways of playing it... there is the way when you have company... so you want to sound ok as well as score big.

But if you are really competative... then how you sound goes out of the window... you make the noise you have to to get the scores...

There is a screechy bit in Stop by Jamelia .... to get it spot on I have to make a screemy screechy noise that sends the dog running out to the garden with his tail between his legs! Laugh
