Amelia was a very strong contender for my tot when i was pregnant, switched to what we named her right at the end

I love my daughters name Georgina (she hates it).
I like the name Matilda (Tilly) I think that'd go nicely with Hetty.
Oh, bless you! Just been told that there was a thread on here for us! Thank you all so much for your lovely messages and good wishes. 
We're all doing fine. I've had a rough few days but I suppose that's to be expected after spending two weeks in hospital, having a baby, what is essentially major abdominal surgery and contending with some sort of virus!
Baby still has no definite name but it looks likely that she'll be Martha Beatrice, or possibly Beatrice Martha! Any other suggestions will be considered though!
I will try to add pics but my baby brain is preventing me from remembering how to do it on here for now!

Nice to hear from you - hope you pick up soon. Having a baby is a BIG DEAL for the body never mind without the additional probs you've had. Take your time and take all the help on hand and just enjoy the new little bubba. Does Hetty love her?
