Thank you al so much, I am over the moon with her, she is such a gorgeous little squidgy ball of delight!  She barely cries and when she does she just meows like a kitten (but if let cry she becomes a lion) and doesn't cry to be held non-stop so I have to force myself to put her down so she doesn't get used to being held 24/7.

The induction of labour was awfully long.  Nothing was working but I was having contractions every 3-4 minutes from Thursday evening but they weren't long/strong enough until Friday night when I insisted that I needed to go to the labour ward even though they kept saying there was no beds down there.  They finally got my down at 2am and Maddie was born at 5.26am after my epidural failed and I realised she was on her way even though the midwife said she wasn't.  She barely had her gloves on before the baby was out.

Been home since Sunday and she's settled in brilliantly.  The boys are in love with her and are fighting over who gets to watch her when I leave the room.  Daddy is smitten and grannies are fighting over who gets to visit most often.

I posted some pics but they don't even show how beautiful she really is.  I'll post more when I take some later today.  She is slightly jaundice but just need to keep her near sunlight and hopefully she'll be fine.

Ells
