I said on an earlier thread that if it happens I'll stop watching and I will. I'm sick of these silly stunts by BB - they're boring and don't work.

This is a bad idea. It goes against the concept of the show, and over-egging the whole Noirin situation is a recipe for disaster - a really "jumping the shark" moment if BB insist on going ahead with it.
It was a bad idea with Nicole last year.
It was a bad idea with Kenneth - the situation only being saved by both Karly and Kenneth's quick departures.

Now that indeed would be tv gold if she was the second replacement, just to see the shamefaced looks of sneak Siavash and Noirin.
Well at least it will boost her confidence, thinking the show is all about her!
