I know i am probably really dense but nearly all the little smileys and icons people are posting on the forum are white boxes with red crosses, i didnt have this problem when i was here before ad i dont know how to sort it, can anyone help me please

It sets out what you need to do, and hopefully you will then be able to see the smileys etc.

Use firefox, it's more secure anyway 
Google Chrome is easier to use, quicker and brighter. It suits GaGa like bread & butter
