Lines are open 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am - 1.00pm Saturday.
You can also complain to the regulator Postwatch if Royal Mail aren't helpful. Used them myself, Machel.
For some reason I can't find their website - it requires a log in

ty,
Anyone?
Initially I would complain to Royal Mail themselves depending on what the complaint involves.

if you are asking for compensation for a delay or non delivery then you'll need to complete a P58
Last port of call if you don't get satisfaction is to complain to The Postal Review.
I recently complained due to them not confirming that my special delivery letter had been signed for so I had to pay for one to be done again at ÂĢ17 each time. They (Royal Mail) denied doing anything wrong so I had to take it to The Postal Review who found in my favour) but I was more than prepared to take them to the ombuds man.
Good luck with your complaint
OK if no one's got any ideas here goes . . . .
Sandwich board outside the shop saying,
"Jimmy Saville's favourite shop"
Hunger strike using your kids (well your not gonna go hungry yourself)
Stink bombs inside the shop (oldie but goldie).
Incontinence
