More fish ....

I'm not a great lover of fish

I don't mind things like prawns, lobster  and salmon , but anything with bones in makes me heave

I like prawns but only in cold dishes. I don't mind lobster and fresh salmon is okay but I'm not keen on smoked. I like the taste of cod and haddock etc but I worry so much about getting a bone that I don't really enjoy it, unless I've prepared it myself and know for certain there are no bones in it.

Just recalibrate the scales. I've lost ten pounds this week and I'm eating like a WWF wrestler

Two of my favourite people in one thread. That's either a double handful - as Peter O'Sullivan famously commented on Pat Eddery on Dancing Brave - or a bonus. I think it's the latter

Well done on the weightloss, Velvet.
