jerk seasoning is fine but I'm a bit fed up of every West Indian coming on this show and doing either saltfish and ackee or curried goat or jerk chicken - I want them to step out of their comfort zone and do something different.  I also get fed up with fish and chips (no matter how posh some people think they can make it) or ruddy pies - that is not fine dining

Whilst I agree wholeheartedly with your views,this is not really about fine dining which is over poncified foam and soil stuff off of MC Prof.....good food cooked and presented well with a bit of an effort wouldnt go amiss.

a dinner party is supposed to be about presenting good food tis trooo but the contestants lately just serve up any old muck and are more interested in showcasing their talents or lack of them as is sometimes the case

yes tis fun pulling them apart and I love grrrrrring at the deluded ones
