It doesn't make sense.

do they make up the hampers or do they get someone else to do it?  I understand pub hours are very long and maybe they don't want to be up very early in the morning to do brekki but surely that's part and parcel of a B & B?????

I agree that breakfast is a big part of B&B. My guess is that their working hours are longer than a non pub B&B owner, and they don't want the early rise to do breakfast.

Yes.....in fact the only ones that seem to be playing reasonably fair are the young couple
