I did a massive long post and my pooter froze and lost it all last night

Suki the doctor was nice and his meal was fairly good   but I hated the way he kept referring to the meat chosen as human flesh

Kept piddling myself laughing at his three degrees references

As for Louise - I couldn't believe how rude she was and sniffy about other people's food but then she was a proud Salfordian (gawd that history lesson went down like a lead balloon)  she did virtually no cooking - was gobsmacked at the walnut (willow) salad she put together and that manky lamb tagine (tagine again ) with baked beans   the pud was OKish though   inappropriate dining conversation - just because she's lesbian/bi doesn't mean everyone else is so why try to out people you hardly know at a dinner party?

Shinny or whatever he was called at least did a lot of cooking and his meal was the best except the pud wasn't brilliant, but I did think him and Louise were so rude to Fiona and Suki by virtually ignoring them - he'd have lost a shed load of points from me for that

Fiona of the lovely hats I guessed she was Jewish but only after seeing the guy that sold her the hat - I'm sure he was on that ITV programme about Jewish people last year

Her meal was a cultural experience but I don't think the others embraced it as well as I thought they should

Jewish chicken soup is renowned for being Jewish penicillin for when you have a cold  although to be fair we weren't tasting it   I saw nothing wrong with chicken and fruit (I noticed Fiona didn't insist on Kosher meat from the others so I would have expected a bit more effort from them)

the pudding - ermmmm not sure I'd have liked it but they didn't even look like they wanted to try it once they knew it was made from pasta

I guess the best two meals won but I was hoping Louise would have been last

right think I've covered it all - see you all later

my summation last night was even better

How was the course ? What are you doing this year ?

It was only enrolment and induction - it's to do with teaching kaffolick children - it's a two year course but finishes in March each year so not too long - intense though

A caravan    loved Dave Lamb's quip - the wife got the house then
