Quick baking question for you experts..... I made some grasmere gingerbread this afternoon, and the recipe said oatmeal. You can get a fine grain oatmeal, Baz. 

I've never put oatmeal in gingerbread though.

BTW, I'm no expert at baking, as my family will testify.
