Quick baking question for you experts..... I made some grasmere gingerbread this afternoon, and the recipe said oatmeal. The only stuff I could find in Asda was medium oatmeal, but while the gingerbread is very tasty, it seems a bit grainy Should I have used a fine oatmeal... if there is such a thing?
