It's silly little hints in magazines - been going on since she appeared in Strictly and Phil didn't come to see the shows.

I think Veronica ought to have had that conversation in private, not at the table with everyone else listening in.
so they're making sure they get fed first then they'll tell them they are not going to stay 
although that mattress did look very stained. I would have though you'd have smelt it the first time you walked in the room.
Saying it now at the dinner table is nasty because they're making sure the others are aware of a problem in the hope that they'll down mark where it could have the opposite effect 
I don't think the cleaning is up to much mind

There are some nasty people on this show aren't there? I wonder why they'd put themselves on show like that? It's their business they're promoting after all - I wouldn't want to stay with nasty people no matter how nice the place was TBH.
