I have to pull ours out, cos basically they come right down to the floor.... and and are far to heavy to lift.. in fact even moving them (especially the single beds in the spare room) takes a lot of strength

My bed weighs a tonne, so I have to get Mr Yogi to push it out from the wall to hoover under it - which doesn't happen often enough.
