had a brief scan of Trip Advisor and noticed a fair few comments about the owner's pomposity, unhelpfulness  and unkindness

I think the dark haired girl is the nicest out of this bunch.....

I gaurantee to you that Louis has a tiny willy

  she's the one who mainly responds

I'm quite shocked at the amount of the underpayments for Louis' place.

can't say he doesn't deserve it 

Me too..... but I think it was more a case of his personality than the actual place....

They do say pride goes before a fall

Yes but a personality like that can ruin a really nice place

 I know what you mean.... but it still annoys me that the amount they pay nowadays seems to be based on whether they like the person (or tactics), rather than a true reflection of a particular B & B.

"If you are a tourist in the St Austell area I would say you don't want to stay here. Go a few miles further towards the coast and stay in Charlestown, it is a million times nicer. The Duke of Cornwall is in a run down street, lots of boarded up shops"
