they do it on North Gower not far from here...the marshes have sea lavender and samphire and water mint growing and the sheep eat all these herbs and flavoursome plants and its supposed to produce a really nice flavour

me I just pick and eat the samphire and the mint and stick the sea lavender in a little vase cos Im veggie
