One of Milo's friends Wobbles has been given a good report today from the RCVS

He's a wire fox terrier that we collected money for and he was purchased from a death pound in Spain (he was days away from the needle)  anyhoo he was brought over to the UK in November but was very sick and we weren't sure he'd survive.  He's exceeded expectations so we think he's going to survive and be a lovely boy.  He had distemper at one stage in his short life (he's about 2) so he wobbles hence his name and that can't be cured (the wobbles) but he should lead an ordinary, active live

We're now trying to get a St Bernard out of Cyrpus who is living in terrible conditions but the owner won't sell him to us   he probably only has weeks to live as he's in such bad condition - underweight and underhydrated   keep your fingers crossed the greedy owner (a trainee vet)  takes the money and gives us the dog

and now after that interlude - back to CDWM

Aww, what brilliant news about Wobbles, that's really great.

I'll keep everything crossed the poor St. Bernard is rescued too.

It beggars belief that the owner is a trainee vet!
