Not that I'm aware of, both are made using the juices from the meat and deglazing etc. 

I guess if you use Bisto gravy granules or gravy salt then it's definitely gravy

 OK...

A jus is normally a reduction of the juices from the meat and doesn't normally have flour or thickeners added.
