I was watching an episode of Come Dine With Me Couples the other day from somewhere between Sunderland and Newcastle. The guy who was cooking said that the scallops in his starter were locally sourced ... from Whitby !!!

LOCAL !!  Does that mean I can say items from Birmingham are locally sourced for me ??
