I'm having to do a turkey crown for brother and cousin - we also give some next door as she can't even look at a chicken or turkey much less cook it 

Next year, we'll be able to have what we like - we'll probably end up with turkey again.

something like that - she won't look, handle or eat poultry  so they all have to go without unless we send some over which I've done every year for 14 years

I'm not keen - never have been - brother will wash the turkey and deal with the giblets   I'll stuff and wrap and put in oven
