I've got loads of recipes for collard greens but not exactly sure what they are - seems to be an American thing

Snap My son and DIL despair of me

having looked up collard greens - they are cooked very similar to the Irish boiled bacon and cabbage 

don't like Tika taste  but the salad looks promising 

these colours are the best welcoming party
