When we had bottled milk, I used to nick the cream off the top for my cereal - drove Mr Y mad.

I remember making butter in Primary 5. We had a jar which got passed round the class all day, everyone shaking it till their wrist ached.

I’m still not particularly keen on having a glass of milk but like it in things.

They seemed to use salt a lot, as a cleaning agent
