I reported the dumplings to the police   Twitter won't investigate and will only send an email telling them if they do it again, their accounts will be closed.  As they have reported lots to the police which means those people have had the same email, I thought I'd report them to the police as well grrrrr hopefully if enough have, they'll get a ticking off at least
