Crispy duck lasagne! Not sure about this.

I can't see me making my own pasta, but hubby has one of those pasta machines and reckons he'll make fresh pasta once he has retired and has more time.

Tbf, the duck lasagne looks good now that it's cooked.

Not sure about the duck skin topping though.
