OMG Baz the phone arrived just after 9am - synced it, transferred stuff over but could I get a service to phone/text No!  went through all the trouble shooting and it took 2 hours of trying so finally decided to phone my provider who then tells me all sim cards are deactivated so I needed to call them to deactivate the old sim from my 4s so they could then activate the new sim in the 5s !!!!

why not just put a note in the box telling you that? grrrr
