I've got it on at the mo. I have to say that sausage casserole looked lovely but I'm really not a lover of carrots, although I will eat them if there's nothing else. I wonder if they could be replaced with something else?

it's very tough the skin - then again he doesn't peel carrots but I always do - horses for courses I think
