well why would you got to a bed & breakfast in that case?  you could just go to a travelodge where it's only bed?  Offers a continental brekkie to cover the breakfast in B & B but realistically how many people wouldn't have the breakfast?

  it's just cos I'd expect it at a B & B and I think the 'continental breakfast' is a bit of a cop out and them being pure lazy because there's not much effort to it
