The grapes?
that's the answer I gave in my quiz and we're all wrong because believe it or not, it's the wholemeal bread that gives off more glucose - both the grapes and sugar give instant glucose but it's gone almost immediately, where as the wholemeal bread lasts a bit longer and so keeps your glucose levels higher for longer
