O/T  Good news stemming from my emergency diabetic appointment last week - they said I'd have to wait until July for my proper 6 week 4 hour appointment sessions or even as late as October - my face was like this ------->   I explained I'd been waiting from May of last year so she said she'd find out where I am on the list and see if I could be bumped forward - my sessions came through today and my appointments are in February as someone cancelled

I was diagnosed at the end of May last year Baz - I said to my GP for years that I felt I was as I had a lot of the symptoms but she kept insisting that my blood sugar levels were fine, anyhoo went to another doctor in the practice, he tested and said I wasn't just diabetic, I was badly diabetic and took action from there

the meal may not be restaurant quality but it looks lovely and has been presented well and the others seem to be enjoying it - remember the guy being tactical
