Everyone has that little voice. You just have to try and filter it out. Sounds like you are doing great.
I often find that I can shut it up when I buy a new lipgloss or get my eyebrows waxed or something. Just a little boost

My little voice does get louder every time I walk toward a fitting room...even though it's been years since anyone has, I still expect someone to stop me and say, "No, you can't use that one; that's for women..."
