I caught up with that 'Death comes to Pemberley' thing last night and I had to try hard to get rid of the images of Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle as Darcy and Lizzy...after I got over the shallowness of it all I really began to enjoy it.

Oh, I'm glad someone did... I was watching it on NYE, but nobody else seemed to be.    I'm sure I could cast everyone one from people I know at parties I've been to.

I thought that too. I'm afraid I saw a teeny weeny hint of me in the drunken neighbour (not a lot .....but a bit) I laughed like a drain at the Pie incident .......the wife's face when she caught her husband joining in the chant. I said to Mr Woo ......if that were you I'd bl**dy kill you.

I just missed Birds Of A Feather .Will have to go on catch up.

Birds Of A Feather, ITV, 8.30pm
After a break of 15 years we return to Chigwell for the further adventures of Tracey, Sharon and Dorien, stars of this unashamedly old-school sitcom. It’s like they’ve never been away, with Pauline Quirke, Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph scarcely missing a beat as they slip into their old roles, though there’s a bit of plot jiggery pokery required to get them back under the same roof. Dorien, for one, has been busy researching erotic corker Sixty Shades Of Greenâ€Ķ
