Hate them. They start way too early. There should be laws to stop adverts about it. Positively hate them, I can't express how much I dislike that time of year being rammed down my throat. I find it completely offensive.

Actually all the stores seem to have upped their game with the ads this year. Lidl and the Co Op are giving John Lewis and M&S a run for their money. I gues the pull of a fancy ad should never be understimated.

Yes... I'm eyeing manhole covers in a whole new light.....
PMSL at the hibernation comment - I must have a heart of stone, I saw the ad and thought 'meh.. just reminds me of Watership Down' I was a bit disappointed in it tbh, but I like the song.
Sainsbury's.... fail. Don't they know there's nothing more boring than other people's home videos? Nice of them to use Dad returning from Afghanistan to to try to swell their coffers though... 
Only one thing pee's me off at this time of year, all those cards people send, postage is far too high now, it's a waste.
I'm sick of the M&S one already, overkill too early.
