The children's charity shouldn't start on Saffia who's in the big brother house her mom is looking after them she's thought about where to take them, some people who leave there kids in a house for two weeks on there own while they swan off to spain with noone to look after them they should look into that not Saffia, this country is all backwards.

If she is there till the end which I doubt it is a long time to be away from such young babies. We don't know her circumstances. As a single mum maybe she has to make some money to try and secure her's and the childrens future. As her friend said

"She is doing the programme for her children to help give them a better future. Saffia is a very genuine person and is a great mother and is devoted to her two little ones.”

it's the complete lack of contact that bothers me too. i had a week away form my eldest when he was 1...needed it at the time as my mum had just died, but i visited him every day during that week. i was 'glad' of the break but he needed to see me for reassurance...and he wasn't the kind of baby who sought any attention unless hungry or pooey lol

I know of a couple who run a resturant in Greece .... When thier daughter was a little over 12 mths old, she was taken to Australia for 7 months by her grandparents whilst the couple ran thier business through the busy holiday period .... When they went to Aus to collect her, she hardly knew them and wanted nothing to do with them. They have had all kinds of problems since.

I just think 7 mths old and 14 weeks is too long to leave her.

exactly, i dont think many people are thinking about the baby here, sure a mother (and father) deserve a break...life doesn't end) but a baby needs to have someone constant in their life at that early age. all the baby will know is mummy isn't around anymore...now i know she didn't look after her baby all day every day as she worked part time but that baby would have still seen her every day

my 11 month old cries like a goodun when me or the OH walk out the door to just go to the shop..watches it till we come back lol.

she'd already of been ut of that baby's life..s to speak...for 3 weeks. so even if she were to go home right now the baby would have a hard time getting usedto her again

babies like routine and something constant

Exactly. As a nursery nurse i see everyday the trauma that young babies go through when the parents leave, and they are only absent for a few hours.
