I've wondered about that too. It really does give him unfair advantage to win. Although, I do wonder if people are going to buy into that after voting for Ulrika to win in the last CBB as she said she needed the money for her kids and then went off and had £11,000 of cosmetic surgery done!

Craig was aloud to say what he would do with the money, he just chose not too, thus making him a better housemate than Charlie.

I blame bb for using the show as a charity case.

It was a rule of BB that they were not allowed to discuss what they would do with prize money! Seems they can pretty much talk about whatever they like now.

He was the best winner out of all of them he never did mention on the show he raised money for her, or was giving the prize money to her if he won, also when he left the show he still carried on raising money for her operation unfortunately she died last year the most selfless winner ever, not like these wannabes that followed on the other shows.

The footage of him telling her in the crowds afterwards still brings a lump to my throat..

In his defence I'm sure Charlie will use the money to help his Mum but no, we don't need to hear him repeating it all the time.

I'm not sure that the GBP really fall for a sob story anymore so I doubt he'll get his hands on it anyway.

I think it is a whole different game show to when Craig won back in the beginning. One example of this is nasty Nick being booted out for what would these days seem trivial. If you consider what the housemates have got away with in latter years eg Marcus and Siavash not nominating etc which is suposedly a fundamental rule of BB, then its not surprising that other housemates can also get away with stuff that would nto have been tolerated yesteryear

I can't remember if he was not allowed to tell, but I still remember him telling his friend she could have her operation and crying with both of them, Craig was the best winner I think.

They were not allowed to talk about it then, but it was leeked to the national press a couple of weeks before the final. Craig won by a fraction and I do think the synpathy vote did pull it off for him. He didn't mention it to be fair, and I think thats why they gave Anna and her partner a luxury holiday for being second as it was such a close vote.

Just a feeling of him being more genuine than Chalie, i can still see he wants to win but i think the money is not as important. I wish the buggers would all adnit how much they want it, nothing wrong with that to me.
