Depends what they're crying about. OK?

Chantelle is as cute as button. Ulrika is a hard-nosed, round the block a coupla times and then some type of piranha. That's all I can think of as a reason.

Chantelle has been emotional because of the situation with her and Preston ,I fully understood when she cried and what she was crying about.
Ulrika bosses everyone about , looks at them like they are a bad smell,makes snidy comments and when others bite she cries,

Right well let's discuss the reasons based on our own observations.  Ulrika has cried a few times in the early days because she misses her kids, and more recently because of tension in the house getting to her.

Chantelle cries because she wants to get back with Preston and he's not having it.

IMO Chantelle is unintentionally playing the sympathy card a treat and we are all being taken in by it.  Perhaps because people have "been there" and can identify with her situation.  That's fine but from an unbiased perspective are those tears any more genuine than Ulrika's?

I disagree erin, Ulrika was up last night and was going to chat to the girls, but Nikki had a fizz and wanted the light off, although she had her eye mask on! And as she said to Brian, she has a dry sense of humour, he says it, its cool , she says it, she is a baitch

Ulrika is a hard nosed biatch who knows the script, Chantelle is a bit like she was the first time, presented with something she didn't know and doesn't know how to deal with.

fanks Yogi  I don't buy all that 'I miss my bubbahs to death' crap. They aren't a million miles away, sold in to slavery or not being well looked after. If it was such an ordeal for her to be seperated then she could have looked for a non-captive gig or said to hell with the dosh

Call me a naive romantic but Chantelle's crying over a love lost, which most of us can relate to but Ulrika's crying over, um... nothing much except being in a house for a few weeks and not enjoying it.  The only thing that's driving her is the anticipation of winning and getting more cash.

I kind of think Chantelle is OK, but this pining for the pathetic excuse for a man that is Preson, is pathetic.  Putting me right off her it is. 

Chantelle's role in the house is to cry and obsess over her ex husband.  This will eventually become tiresome viewing for many, but then again if BB11 taught us anything it is that BB and the tweenies love a good "will they won't they" summer romance.

How can you possibly see that as a 'role'? She still has feelings for him. You don't want to watch it, okay, but blame BB for putting her in the house with him, not her.

I'll blame Preston actually as he was fully aware she was going in and indeed I think it not unreasonable to assume it is the only reason he was invited onto UBB.  From a viewers perspective what has been Chantelle's role in the programme other than to cry about Preston or talk about him continuously with any housemate willing to listen?  I suggest it is precisely her role!!!

Indeed, IMO, she's 'for real' rightly or wrongly, bless her and her inner feelings.  A far cry from the sham fakery that was JJ1 and Josie.
