You could have made a fortune on ebay. Big Grin

I know we were saying that she has some fantastic LP's too the ones where they had the inside cover as posters that unfolded. They are all in quite good shape too. I love that noise you get when you put the needle on the record.

I even had to admit to wearing both red and white pixie boots with leg warmers. Ninja

I miss listening to my vinyl Frowner

I have some crackers in my collection Laugh

Downloding's not the same is it?
Nothing nicer than spending hours in a proper record shop browsing through the racks.

Downloading is my nemesis Big Grin

I haven't a clue how to do it - I have to rope my OH in and even he struggles. Laugh

Bring back vinyl Mad

I've got the hang of it. Big Grin
But I miss the actual ownership of the album/single. Y'know....how you could read the sleeve notes, inspect the cover and just physically HOLD the darn thing, etc..? Big Grin

Stevie Wonder's Sings in the key of life had a fab booklet to accompany the album - it took me ages to read and absorb all the info.
I've forgotten most if it now, of course. Blush

I know what you mean.

It was always great when the album came with a booklet or even a poster Big Grin

And I loved the double albums you used to get Thumbs Up
