OH WOW - these pairs seem to have not a clue as what to do with the rhubarb and salmon.

All four deserve to go IMO 

The end products look a lot better than the chaos they started with (both teams). Although the S&S pudding looks messy.

Queue boring in cab chit chat... Wimbledon... easy, strawberries and cream...done. I hate the phrase "smash it", but in this case it's appropriate being Wimbledon.

That's it Syd, blow on the meat   dirty git. Syd's humour is so old it's cringe worthy now. Sam seems to be quite comfortable and focused unlike his partner who for me should be in danger of leaving tonight (I have not peeped at the results). Pasta bake looks OK to me, I would eat that.

Danny's 'zotto could do with more liquid. Good to see a packet of sponge mix on the table. 'zotto is looking better.

That lamb stew is a surprise in that it's not really moving... queue some editing to make it move. G&J like the lamb.

I don't think the popularity of dishes is much of a gauge, it's personal preference after all. G&J's tasting will be more important.

I would seem that the editing (S&S laughing at the others pudding) has backfired, the editing as expected.

The crumble is proving popular only because the other pudding is a car crash. 

Mica is very stiff when Danny hugs her, the kind of stiff when the hug is not welcome.

Compared to what we have seen on Celebrity Masterchef, these lot a very average.

Syd looks like he is just making sandwiches.  oops, he's doing a bread and butter pudding. Pie, again a bit too easy for me. I agree with JT, not enough finesse and we are not seeing much improvement.

Danny seems to be more adventurous.

Sam seems to be trying with his menu too.

I am not so in awe of the three invited guests as, let's face it, they can cook, but they are not the last word in criticism.

Syd serving up his pub grub. Looks like someone trying too hard with an average meal. Phil quite polite there. Andi, many people like the pea and bacon combo.  Syd's main living up to my expectations. Syd has one foot in the taxi. That looks really dry. Sahara dry!!! Bring out the jack hammers.  That Syd all the way in the taxi and giving the driver directions. 

Mica seems really unsure, almost all of the time. Her plate looks OK, I wonder how it tastes. The pork is getting a mixed reaction, crackling good, the meat less so.

I think Mica has not hit the buffers and wants to go home.

Danny has to make three trips into the judging room, I think for all contestants they should have a better way of delivering their food. Two scallops  everyone knows that you use odd numbers. I love rice and salad combo's, but usually they are both cold. So I will half agree with Andi. Yes, Christopher, the salad may be redundant for you, you salad dodger!

I like the look of Sam's starter. It's gone down really well. How did he get the egg runny??? Messy, messy, messy. He needed to sort that out. Split decision from G&J.

For me, Syd has to go. Let's see what they decide.

Yes, my thoughts exactly. Sam being the slight exception as I think he seems more controlled and I feel of all he has the most potential to up his game. However I don't think any of this weeks lot will win.
