Hahaha! Just treat it like a normal potato,Pam, mash it, roast it etc. my fave is cut it up into chip shapes, put on a baking tray, spray with oil and bake till cooked (about 30 to 40 mins). Delish

Hahaha! Just treat it like a normal potato,Pam, mash it, roast it etc. my fave is cut it up into chip shapes, put on a baking tray, spray with oil and bake till cooked (about 30 to 40 mins). Delish
