Sorry, I was late getting back from lunch so had to watch MC whilst faffing with other things

I love Roquefort, pear and walnut salad; not exactly hard to make though is it?

And Katy's salmon looked nice (although salmon is my least favourite fish).

Jo:  epic fail, really.

And Janet's fish stew looked awful - and I'm a fish fan.  Too tomatoey and absolutely no presentation.

Katy's the only one who tries to cook separate foods; Janet will have to up the ante I think.

I spied Ade Edmunson, Denise whatserface from Corrie, John Thompson and A.N. Other for the next influx of contestants.

No, just no

Nice bit of blue or some other, even mature cheddar or brie

Stop it! I am on a healthy eating kick including no dairy, day 7,  I could kill for some nice cheese!

you can have 50g as your dairy allowance and it's still healthy according to a dietician friend

It's a particular regime for a medical problem AKT, so no dairy at all I'm afraid, apart from plain yoghurt

Yes, I think Katey is way out front. From that bunch anyway!
