I've made vegan apple cake, Nigella Dutch Apple cake, apple muffins and blackberry and apple crumble today.

 

I acquired lots of apples this morning!

Blimey that sounds wonderful...Ive yet to raid the garden up the back's apple tree...last time they sent heavies round to stare into my garden with their arms crossed and then barricaded  me out with piles of branches....Ive slowly been dismantling them this week

Ohhh, I shall google welsh apple cake. I made a delish apple and caramel crumble (tin of Carnation caramel ) last week. T'was yummy
