I'm surprised that Miranda seems to be taking advice from Shappi when she's head and shoulders above her as a cook.

I can cook absolutely gorgeous mince and a lovely pot of soup - that doesn't necessarily mean I'm a great cook.

  I make a great chilli.. and that's about it

Shappi wants to stay so she can cook more Persian food, but that won't test her as an overall cook.
