Tonight  the first round is the Knowledge and Skills Test, to identify 4 flavourings before making calamari and tartare sauce,
Second round is the visiting chef, Mitch Tonks, challenging them to cook one of his seafood recipes.
Third round is to create a dish inspired by a holiday.
So it could be a seafood dominated episode.
