The 2021 series of Celebrity MasterChef starts on BBC One on Monday August 9th at 21.00. Second episode on Tuesday and third (30 minutes) on Friday, again at 21.00.
Days and times may be different from the second week as the above times are because of the Olympics.

Yes, all the MasterChef series are recorded weeks before they are broadcast as are the Bake Off ones.
There's an item in the Metro saying that filming had started and that was in mid February
