Tonight, the 8 semi-finalists are in 2 teams of 4. They are cooking for 120 coastguard staff and volunteers. In tents perched high on top of the White Cliffs of Dover in gale force winds

Then they are back in the Masterchef kitchens for an invention test.

Two of them go home tonight.
