I'm loving these two dishes. 

I like elements of them both 

look nice but not for me

I don’t like the nuts .....or the custard 

cream strawberries nuts for me - but not keen on sweet stuff

The saithe is a species of marine fish in the Pollachius genus. Together with Pollachius pollachius, it is generally referred to in the United States as pollock. Other names include the Boston blue, coalfish/coley, and saithe in the UK, the young fish are called podleys in Scotland and northern England.

I think the fish looks a bit like a shark.

I disagree with John - I would eat that combo as long as there is lots of flavour. John needs to rethink food combos IMO.

I wish they wouldn’t keep saying how far behind they are cos we darn well know they will make it on time
