The 21-year-old Russian split from the 62-year-old guitarist last month after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting her during a row in the street - but she told fellow housemates Alex Reid and Heidi Fleiss they had remained friends.
Asked if she thought Wood was watching the show, Ivanova said: ''Probably, we're still friends.''
Talking about the break-up, she said: ''My life is a bit... I don't know what's going on one day to the next at the moment.
''The last month has been tough because I had to start from scratch again.
''I grew up and realised it's not what I want in a partner and not the life I want. Nothing made me happy anymore.''
The former cocktail waitress - who began dating Wood in July 2008 - has been getting on well with Swedish DJ Jonas Altberg, aka Basshunter, in the Big Brother house.
He has called her his ''soulmate'' and told her she is ''wonderful''.
But earlier today Ivanova told glamour model Nicola T she doesn't fancy Altberg, saying ''He's way too clean cut for me.''
Other housemates have noticed the sparks between the pair.
As Vinnie Jones and Stephanie Beacham discussed how long the celebrities would stay in the house, Jones said: ''And there seems to be a little romance blossoming in there.''
Beacham joked: ''I think they should be evicted and go off into the distance together.''
Jones told her: ''That's the sort of thing that keeps you in to the end.''
Beacham agreed: ''Oh yes, I know. And it seems nicely true, doesn't it?''
