Frankie has been evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother House!

Frankie Dettori MBE has been evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother House. That's one finish line he won't be crossing.

A household name and a sporting hero to many racing fans, Frankie was the first in line when it came to the housemates' entrance, joining forces with Rylan to consign others to the basement. When it came to the crunch, he and the X Factor star chose comfort and stuck Speidi in the lower quarters.

Frankie's stint in luxury wasn't to last too long. Soon the big CBB basement swap was in the air and, when the vote was cast by all his upstairs HMs, Frankie lost out and was sent to roost with his old buddy Razor down in the underground. A sporting character, Frankie helped to get the generator back in working order, putting in all his effort and getting the electricity back up and running. Then it was all change again as the basement noms sacrifice event went down with Frankie in the frame. He selflessly put himself forward for guaranteed nomination, in the process freeing himself and the other basement boys from their confined space.

He really came into his own when Big Brother appointed him Dictator and ruled the House with an iron rod. Power certainly went to his head but he was so entertaining that we didn't mind. Unfortunately he was so distracted showing off his tank to Lacey and Claire, the pair duped him, tapped his phone and eventually overthrew the regime with a little help from Rylan.

One of Frankie's most endearing traits was his team-thinking and solidarity. When Speidi upset the entire House in the Diletters task, Frankie was among the most vocal in his disapproval. Admittedly that might've been because he'd been forced to ride Razor like a horse for the entire day...

Frankie was well-loved by the other contestants and could cook up a real storm, tell a cracking anecdote and always had a smile on his face.

Tricia has been evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother House!

The House has lost its Heartbeat as sexy Scouser Tricia Penrose is the fifth housemate to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother House.
Having formed an immediate mums' club with Gillian and Claire, Tricia settled into a laidback but caring House presence, larking about at times but getting stern over issues such as cleanliness. When citing Lacey's messiness in the Diary Room as a reason for her nomination, Trish seemed genuinely disturbed. At least she's going back to a place up to her own standards of hygiene.

She enjoyed the high-life for the most part, getting chosen to enter the luxury House rather than the basement on the first night, then ending up on the party-winning side during The Meaning of Celebrity's dance-off. Frankie's dictatorial regime provided a bitter taste but thankfully the revolution soon restored her lifestyle. Since then her friendship with Frankie has blossomed causing suggestive comments from Speidi.
A supportive and sensitive gal's gal, Tricia took criticism to heart whether it was directed at herself or someone else. The Awkward Questions task hit home, as did Speidi trash-talking little Lacey after the glamour model had left the House. Tricia leapt to defend the departed one's honour.
But it wasn't all seriousness. Trish was impressively light-hearted when Speidi dramatically re-entered the House, laughing about having worn Heidi's shoes. If there's a song that needs singing, Tricia can be relied on to belt out a tune. She also demonstrated a bit of magic, specifically the incredible ability to make a lighter disappear. If Debbie McGee ever pulls a sickie, Paul Daniels knows who to call.

Tricia had a few choice words to say to Speidi after the Big Blogger task and provided Claire with a shoulder to cry on.

What was really magic was Tricia's ability to be sweet whilst blunt. She told it like it us with classic lines such as, "We’re all going to get on each other’s tits, aren’t we?" but will overall be remembered as a sweet heart, even if that heart got beat.

Celebrity Big Brother Blog: Don't Hate the Players

Posted: 22/01/2013 21:21

Speidi, The Pratts, Spencer and Heidi, the conjoined couple. Call them what you will, but this pair are reality TV gold, and throwing them in to the Celebrity Big Brother house was sheer genius. Since day one they have admitted they do not really like people, that they want to win, and that they want to be informed if any of their housemates ever enter America.

While watching the show with my friends, they all say the same thing about Speidi; "why are they there if they aren't going to get on with everyone else and join in the tasks?" Now I would love to see Spencer dressed as the Statue of Liberty just as much as the next person, but the fact that they are rebelling and playing the game better than any celebrity contestant has ever even attempted, more than makes up for the lack of fancy dress and fun.

Do I think this kooky couple are actual bullies? no; even though they denied Clare from Steps her letter from home, then clapped and laughed about it. The nature of the show itself is one big game, and we all remember the first ever show on Channel 4, which saw Nasty Nick rake in the viewers as he was caught writing down nominations. Since then I have yet to see a baddie crop up among the wannabe glamour models, good looking geezers and fame hungry failures.

Speidi have admitted they would do reality TV until the very end; after all it is where they began on the hit show The Hills. I don't think any of their fellow housemates have seen the show, and if they had then the shock realisation that this royal reality couple are all about themselves, wouldn't be that much of a shock at all. During the series, which ran over six seasons and ended in 2010, Spencer broke up the rock solid friendship of Heidi and Lauren, while also spreading a false sex tape rumour about the poor girl, and also drove her Mum, sister and anyone close to Heidi completely out of her life. So seeing him cook up plans to win and put down his fellow housemates is his way of being nice; scary stuff.

Big Brother knew they wanted to cause a rift between Speidi and the rest of the house, which is why they chose to show them bad mouthing the housemates in the blogger task (erm where was my invite guys?) as everything was going so nice and the air had been cleared. It seems peace, harmony, laughter and people getting on makes for boring TV...

Do I think they will win? No. Would I like them to win? No. But I would like to see them in the final two with Rylan, as the awkward silence and fake hugs would be better than his X Factor performances and Christmas come at once.

Well, Frankie and Tricia's seats might still be warm, but moving swiftly on - let's raise a glass to our five finalists Claire, Razor, Ryan, Rylan and Speidi. Well done, guys - you've made it. Almost.

On Day 23 (that's this Friday), one of the above will be crowned the winner of CBB 2013. Who will that be? That's up to you...

Yep, it's time to vote for your winner. No, we can't believe it's that time already either. We guess time flies when you've spent the last 21 days watching a house-full of celebs.

Day 21: Feelings of finality

The atmosphere after tonight's double eviction was not one of pure elation. Tricia and Frankie have admirers in the final five. Rylan and Claire were positively morose and slumped against the Diary Room door.
"I really thought she could win this," said Rylan, in the tone of a sensitive singer-songwriter introducing his latest ditty.
The pair reminisced about their friend.

"She's not dead," said Claire eventually, trying to stave off Rylan's dramatic mood.

Fortunately, it wasn't long before Big Brother called the remaining housemates to the sofa to congratulate them - to congratulate them and announce the arrival of some celebratory drinks. That sorted out Crylan's mood.
There has been clinking and laughing and those customary humble conversation where housemates say they never dreamed they would get this far. This is the Big Brother version of an Oscar acceptance speech and Ryan wins the Kate Winslet 'who little old me?' award.
Whispers of tension still exist between Speidi and their former-sparring partners Rylan, Razor and Ryan (The R Team) but for the moment it's nothing serious. Will the final five let success make them generous or is there time for still more arguments? We'll let you know.

1.45am: Oh, it's probably for sentimental value. We're not very sentimental. Big Brother has commanded he return the pebbles

1.50am: Claire is asking for Ryan's sage new fashion wisdom on what to wear for tomorrow. So far she's thinking the onesie

1.56am: We're off now, but will leave you with this parting word from Ryan. Ryan doesn't have a hero, his hero is himself. Magical.
