The Zentais came back with a vengeance earlier this evening, as the housemates took part in the task 'Shocking Good Fun' to win tickets to a celebrity-worthy VIP party.
Packed into the tight spandex outfits, the Housemates had to choose one person to play for, with the aim of pressing a big shiny red button after one whole minute had passed. The five housemates to press the button closest to the one minute mark would win their partner the much-coveted prize.
Ah yes, and the best part - whenever the housemates pressed the button, their accomplice got an electric shock in the buttocks. As you can imagine, this made for hilarious viewing – there's nothing funnier than seeing a celebrity writhing around the floor in spandex. Fact.
The housemates took it in turn to pick their sidekicks and this is how the coupling went down;
Claire played for Gillian
Frankie played for Razor
Gillian played for Tricia
Heidi played for Spencer
Lacey played for Rylan
Razor played for Frankie
Ryan played for Heidi

Rylan played for Lacey
Spencer played for Claire
Tricia played for Ryan
Spencer and Heidi took themselves out of the game early doors, stating they'd rather the other housemates have the party than themselves. Or maybe they just didn't want to boogie on down with the other celebrities –we're just playing devil's advocate here. Either way, it left the other eight eager housemates in the running.
It's fair to say that the rest were pretty confident in their counting skills, particularly Rylan and Lacey who reckoned they'd nailed their timings, putting it down to their youth. But, unfortunately for them, they were left with egg all over their faces when it was announced that it was actually the golden oldies that were better at estimating time, with Claire, Frankie, Tricia, Razor and Gillian triumphing as the winners.
The sophisticated five have been treated to a cocktail party, including chocolate, nibbles and loads of phat chunes. They're currently dancing like there's no tomorrow. Another delightful sight to behold

2.00am: We leave some merry housemates to party the night away. See you in the morning folks. #

Weekly round up: Seven days of spectacular scenes

After four days of settling in, the first shopping task reared its devilish head on Day 5 with all kinds of craziness. We saw housemates sticking things in their mouths, all but kissing one another on the mouth and, poor Claire, listening to their own high-energy single on repeat, into the night.

Day 6 saw the Shop Till You Drop games continue with some particularly gungey fun which saw Razor, Ryan, Tricia and Lacey thoroughly dunked. After this mucky stuff, Sam seized the randomizer for their weekly shopping draw and, huzzah! They'd won a luxury budget! This meant a rushed, scrawled shopping list and a little shindig to celebrate. Glory be.

As Big Brother days go, Day 7 was a humdinger. It saw Rylan crying crocodile tears at BB's command. It featured Paula's eviction, which saw more-popular-than-you-might-think housemate Hamilton wander through the door. After the model left, we witnessed Big Brother asking Speidi if they fancied staging a walk-out, hiding in the basement and spying on their pals. And it also saw face-to-face noms in which Sam and Ryan learned that they faced the public vote. Altogether now; phew.

With more power in their hands than they'd ever probably imagined, Day 8 saw Speidi able to quiz housemates from afar (in addition to waking them up with an alarm call as early as they fancied). This was also a day in which Speidi listened intently to all kinds of loose talk, mostly concerning them. Very little of what they overheard pleased them.

Day 9 saw good looker Sam's eviction and Speidi's return. Another huge day in the House, the action when the Hills couple blasted back in took the tempo off the scale, with stand up rows all over the place - and Razor, Ryan and Rylan (all the Rs) standing up to the US pair. All kinds of recriminations flew around, and the fallout is still being felt.

A slightly quieter affair was Day 10. Let's face it, it had to be. Pleasantries were exchanged and the argument was discussed in lighter tones – but with a bubbling undercurrent of resentment. Lightening the mood, Lacey's brain was tested by BB, with every mind-blip resulting in Razor feeling the waxer's wrath. It was an early bedtime for all after that.

Day 11 opened with Rylan and Claire discussing their nomination dilemmas after the House had learned that they'd all be nominating housemates (to add to Spencer and Heidi's selection of the girl from Steps and the boy from the X Factor). Eventually our Rylan decided it was a relief there'd be more in the mix than just he and his pal. When Spencer heard there'd be further noms, he was filled with glee and let it be known far and wide. At one point, it looked like Rylan had performed a switcheroo and was backing Speidi, but who can really tell with his fluctuating moods?

Away from all that angst, Lacey had issues of her own as she related her gym-based skin problems. The male half of Speidi bonded with Razor over some footie talk and, later, Ryan and Spencer tried to get past their earlier problems and used geography as their friendship bargaining tool. As the day progressed, by way of something to do, BB threw a Cream Cracker Challenge their way. Our antipodean buddy Toadfish took this one on for the team.

It wasn't enough activity for our friends though, so Rylan banished ladies from the bedroom and opened up Rylan's Beauty Boutique. Essentially, this involved the campest boy in Essex lacing the faces of Frankie, Razor and Ryan with makeup – although Lacey also got in on the action and landed herself a lovely 'Rylan-style' beard.

Soon, those nomination results were in. Did it bother our housemates? Not as much as you might've expected. Instead, they threw themselves into a charged task that saw the return of those Zentai suits with electric shock pads in the back end.

The result of that zippy task was that Frankie, Tricia, Razor, Gillian and Claire won a late night party time with cocktails, nibbles and tunes. Those lucky devils. They may wake up sore on the morning of Day 12...

Morning all

8.00am: Morning from a very snowy Big Brother House. Everyone is asleep and Razor's snoring sounds like a sad tractor that can't start.

8.11am: We've had a change of heart. Razor's snoring sounds more like an elephant in love

8.22am: It's very snowy indeed up in Elstree, so no doubt the housemates will be engaging in some winterry fun later

8.40am: It's oh so quiet in the bedroom right now. Spencer and Heidi are sleeping like babies.

8.53am: Someone's stirring. Who will be the first to see the SNOW!

MrsH

9.06am: The House is a cornucopia of sleeping housemates. Lacey just clawed at thin air and went straight back to Snoozeville.

9.18am: ZZZZZZZZZZ

9.32am: Big Brother have bathed the housemates in light. They must be having some awesome dreams, as they are all still sleeping

9.39am: Quite amusingly, Frankie has departed the main bedroom for a disco nap in the living room. Wonder why that could be.

9.47am: They're all surfacing now. Ryan is gazing bleary-eyed into the ether. Frankie is all dressed and ready for the day.

9.56am: BB have sounded the alarms a cheeky 4 minutes early. Good stuff. Sleep masks are peeling off as we speak.

MrsH

10.09am: It was a bit of a late one last night, and the housemates definitely don't look like they're flying out of bed anytime soon.

10.14am: Rylan, the BB alarm's main nemesis, is still battling through another blast of it, snoozing peacefully.

10.18am: Gillian has just realised it has been a week since the last shopping task. Claire is worried about what today might bring.

10.29am: Oof. Tricia is raising concerns that her housemates continued defiance to sleep through the alarms might get them in trouble.

10.33am: Claire's displeased with the whole 'being awake' situation that she's been lumbered into. She needs the hoover BADLY, she says

MrsH

11.54am: Rylan and Claire have been playing in the snow. Let's hope it settles.

12.06pm: Lacey is sad that her hands are too veiny. Oh no, not all that blood running round your body making you live! Disaster!

12.16pm: The housemates are chatting about the great fire of London. An insight into the world of 2013 without the internet.

12.31pm: Heidi has been out staring at the snow for quite some time, lost in thought. Wonder what's on her mind.

12.42pm: House is in full spring-clean mode (despite the weather outside being decidedly otherwise) Speidi however, remain stationary.

12.47pm: Heidi is equipped with a broom now, and Spencer is.. rearranging the chairs.

13.00pm: Razor is giving the hobs a good doing over.

Day 12: What's in store for the housemates?

There are no flies on our Gillian - and as soon as the ex-EastEnders awoke, it dawned on her that the housemates were due a shopping task.

With supplies low, housemates are torn between the desire to try and score themselves another luxury budget and the fear of what Big Brother might have in store for them - if indeed it is a task day.

In the kitchen, Razor noticed the Big Vendor machine sounded like it was warming up and wondered if this could be a clue to the day's activity.

Ryan had his ear pressed up against the gym door and speculated over whether or not BB might be introducing a 24 hour cycle challenge.  He'd earlier asked for the exercise bike to be replaced because the old one was making him saddle sore which prompted an outburst from Claire.

"If they are in there in that gym setting up a load of bikes, I will not be happy," she moaned. "And that unhappiness will be directed at you Ryan."

The housemates immediately developed ailments that would excuse them from any physical activity – let's hope they have a note from their mums.

Watch this space to see what Big Brother has planned for our celebrities today.

Sorry dearest MrsH... I have thought Rylan has one of those sculpted looks that was dandyish. So when he made Lacey up like that it reminded me of the old movies of the Three Musketeers. Lacey is D'Artagnan from that pic.

Day 12: There's no business like snow business

Snow is falling in the Big Brother garden - and out housemates have been.

Ryan was pretty stoked to see snow, exclaiming, "I'm excited. It's awesome."

"Do you not get snow at home?" Razor asked. Have you not seen Neighbours, Raz? The sun always shines where Ryan hails from.

Speidi initially refused to go out, taking up their usual position on the sofa and giving the ecstatic housemates withering looks but they couldn't stay aloof for long.

Standing just outside the living room doors Heidi commented, "It's starting to gather. There are the biggest flakes I've ever see." No comment.

Tricia was chuffed with the developments in the weather, chipping in. "It looks beautiful. Like Narnia. It could be part of the set. Like the Truman show – push the snow button."

It's the real deal Tricia. Even BB can't make it snow.

Rylan dressed for snow. Or to be more precise, as snow, in an all white ensemble. If it wasn't for that tan we'd have lost in him the flurry.

"Can you hear the silence?" he asked. "That's the noise you here when it snows. It's proper snow and all. It's not that rainy snow. If it carries on this heavy it will settle."

It's still coming down outside.

.............................................................

Speidi were initially reluctant to play in the snow

It wasn't long before Speidi ventured outside to check out the flakes

Housemates are waiting for the snow to settle

Careful Rylan, in that outfit we might lose you in the snow

The snow didn't stop housemates hanging out in the garden
